Value analysis supports healthcare quality and performance by ensuring that patient and organizational needs remain at the center of decision-making. Engaging physicians in the decision-making process is a key element for successful supply chain initiatives. Physicians, supply chain professionals and hospital leadership who form a triad approach to streamline communications and align physicians with the goals of their organizations will improve overall performance. Presenters will share how physician engagement, leveraged benchmarking and analytics, clinical evidence and value analysis processes provides engagement for sustained success.
