Alzheimer’s disease is a progressive neurological disorder and is the most common cause of dementia. Aducanumab is the first Alzheimer’s medication with potential disease-modifying effects to gain approval from the Food and Drug Administration. With the approval of aducanumab, a new class of Alzheimer’s medications was introduced, anti‐amyloid therapies.
