Michael K. Georgieff, M.D., discusses nutritional factors that affect brain development from pre-conception through the neonatal period. In addition to reviewing studies of certain nutrients which have high impact on brain growth and early brain development, Dr. Georgieff provides nutritional strategies to support and protect brain development.
