Nasal High Flow Therapy has been growing steadily through breakthrough research and real-world results, both before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, these advances in respiratory care have become increasingly beneficial for Nursing. Fisher & Paykel Healthcare created the N.E.X.T. Program, a special combination of education and practical training, to address the specific needs of Nursing regarding Nasal High Flow Therapy.

This virtual 30 minute AACN approved* program includes:

  • Introduction to Nasal High Flow Therapy:
    • Mechanisms of action & how these can benefit patients in respiratory distress
    • Clinical evidence that demonstrates positive patient outcomes
  • Special emphasis on flow, controlling saturations, and patient comfort & compliance
  • Q&A
  • Opportunity to refer other nursing care areas or sister hospitals for additional education opportunities
