The Unique Families Program® trains healthcare professionals in providing respectful, neutral, compassionate care to those expecting a baby. Learn how to better serve unique families by creating an infrastructure within your facility that empowers staff through training, updated workflows, and encourages community collaboration.

Learning Objectives  |  At the end of this session, attendees should be able to:

  • Discuss Respectful Patient Care.
  • Define the “Unique Families Care Model” and how it structures patient care.
  • Identify patient populations that can be cared for under the umbrella of the Unique Families Program ®.
  • State three ways to best serve patients with respectful, neutral, compassionate care.
