The 340B Program is one of the most consequential and dynamic federal programs affecting the healthcare industry. In recent years, 340B Program stakeholders have taken unprecedented actions in the 340B Program with impacts on covered entity savings, contract pharmacy services, manufacturer discounts, HRSA auditing activities, and federal court precedent.

Join this session as a 340B leader from the legal industry reviews the current landscape. Discover in-depth updates on recent events, including drug manufacturer policies and responses from industry stakeholders, program barriers and how to accelerate program growth.
