Lean Six Sigma is increasingly being adopted in pharmacy operations to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and improve patient safety through streamlined processes. The presenters will outline the principles of Lean Six Sigma, emphasizing the importance of data-driven decision making and continuous improvement. Key strategies discussed include streamlining workflows, optimizing inventory management and improving patient safety through error reduction.
