Avanos* presents…”Proper Techniques for Sterile Sputum Sampling”

This presentation will compare the available techniques used to collect a sputum sample.  It will cover different patient types (awake, sedated, strong cough, weak cough, intubated, non-intubated).  It will also cover the advantages, disadvantages, cost and effectiveness of the different procedures.
