As a follow-up to Part 2 of our Meet the Experts Series, Kari Cole, Ed.D, CRNA, will discuss how temperature management protocols
were developed as part of the ERAS® bundle to reduce the risk of surgical site infection and readmission of the post-surgical patient.
Hear how patient warming was implemented and supported in the pre, intra, and postop settings (each area with its own personality
and stressors).

  • Explain the importance of temperature management during all phases of the perioperative journey
  • Describe warming protocols implemented to support an ERAS® bundle
  • Discuss key metrics used to evaluate warming protocols
