Infection Control Today & BD* present the first in a webinar series…”Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice—A Global Perspective to Clinical Practice”

The INS Infusion Therapy Standards of Practice provides the framework to define and develop organizational infusion-based policies and procedures for all practice settings. The standards are updated every five years, with the latest revisions published in 2021. The presenter will outline the review and revision process that goes into updating the standards, highlight major changes with clinical implications, and the impact these latest standards make on global vascular access management.

This program is the first in a new global educational webinar series titled, “Understanding INS Standards: Best Practices for Optimizing Vascular Access Management,” is designed for clinicians worldwide, to provide participants with a deeper understanding of the latest evidence that helped shape the guidelines while offering insights from leading healthcare experts. BD will keep participants informed of future talks as they are announced, and previous talks will be catalogued on their webpage for reference.
