Sepsis is the leading cause of death in children worldwide.  In the United States, more children die of sepsis than from childhood cancers. This webinar, led by subject matter experts, will provide an important update on pediatric sepsis fluid resuscitation based on the 2020 Pediatric Surviving Sepsis Guidelines. A case review will help participant identify important aspects of bedside implementation of these recommendations. The presenters will discuss controversies that have recently arisen in the literature as well as upcoming clinical trials.
