“Development of the Preterm Gut”
This one-hour free session will cover:
- Development of the microbiome in the preterm infant and increased risk of NEC
- Nutritional effects on the maturation of the intestinal tract
- Interventions that affect the development of the preterm intestinal tract and shape the microbiome
Target Audience: Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Dietitians
Continuing Education information: 1.0 contact hours are available for Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Registered dietitians (RDs) and dietetic technicians and registered (DTRs)
