Participants will apply principles of dignified care and respectful support, honing their ability to provide compassionate and person-centered care to individuals with weight-related health concerns.
Learning Objectives | At the end of this session, participants should be able to:
- Learn effective communication techniques, empathy-building methods, and patient-centered care principles to ensure respectful care.
- Examine the societal and structural barriers impacting patients and provide insights on addressing these factors to enhance patient outcomes and promote health equity.
