The Annenberg Center for Health Sciences & Mead Johnson* present…“Applying MFGM & Human Milk Science to Improve Nutrition for Infants & Toddlers”

The session describes how dairy-processing advances have isolated and purified milk fat globule membrane from cow’s milk for supplementation to infant formula. The presenter also reviews the structure and composition of MFGM and its biological activity, as well as the evidence for cognitive development and immune system support.
