HealthTrust University Conference presents…“A Contrarian Take on Change…How to Leverage Stability to Create Change”

In the pre-pandemic world, most healthcare leader were “change agents,” working to disrupt, innovate and transform a broken system. Leaders rallied people through a sense of urgency, creating tension around the consequences of not moving—moving more and moving faster—and driving people toward a bold vision for the future. But now that the world is changing faster than ever, it is harder to make accurate predictions on a daily, quarterly or annual basis. The presenter will discuss how leaders can open their minds to the possibility of doing and thinking differently and then take action to help create systematic, far-reaching change for both the healthcare industry and the country. She also will also offer suggestions on creating the space within an organization for people to have the courage to embrace change.
