COVID-19 transmission occurs between people primarily through respiratory droplets and contact routes. In addition, airborne transmission may be possible during aerosol-generating procedures or treatments. Until more is known about transmission, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OHSA), recommend a number of Environmental and Engineering Controls.
