Chronic Total Occlusion

Chronic total occlusion is defined as complete occlusion of the coronary vessel with thrombolysis in myocardial infarction grade 0 or 1 flow, present for ≥ 3 months. These devices can be used in the coronary or peripheral vessels. This document provides an overview of these products and current evidence regarding their use.
