Focusing on the use of air-assisted technology\, the presentation examines common ergonomic hazards for OR staff\, such as shear forces\, patient sliding\, and limb manipulation as well as how they contribute to musculoskeletal injuries. It highlights evidence-based strategies\, including the integration of air-assisted devices\, to reduce both caregiver injury and patient harm.
